Saw the news today and have tried to catch up with events,yet gave up a couple of thousand posts back.

It is of little consequence now,but looking back Jus were in a mess but not totally unsurmountable if it is taken into consideration how much was squandered with the pre-arranged carved up fire brigade sell offs including
property (ironically with a property boom around the corner).The colossal costs of KPMG and the vultures etc.ran into Millions.

Yet all of this gross waste could have been so different,which was proven by
the Money many of us put in to save the Company,and that figure could have been
a huge percentage less before all the nonsense,and it still beggars belief
that the Directors couldnt have done something,instead of just calling the
biggest vultures in town.(But we all know there were other agendas)

The very point regards AA surely was that the low level of due diligence surely
didnt negate the possibility of suing for Fraud.
The stench of Media-Keys death must have been all around the City,the books
were surely cooked to a cinder.I was flabbergasted to read that Luke Johnson
took a [position,and pondered that there was some news of a stitch up looming,or else why would he jump aboard a corpse.

Yes,that of course was AA -Media Key & Just Group shareholders,so I did believe
we could go after AA even if only for the Fraud,and believe if anyone could still get copy of Media Keys books the story would unfold,especially comparing those
so called contracts and earning with what became the truth -they had been milked
or didnt exist and were fraudulent assets,signed off I presume by AA and all Directors).)

I dont know who Erin is,and I havent a clue if is motives are true,but I do like this-

The only sensible thread running through your babble about CJ's theft is that all those who took money from monies held in trust should be held to account.

They will be. Why do you think Downs & Co.'s indemnity insurers are in the loop?

Whoever authorised and/or took monies from the trust monies is on notice that they acted unlawfully. Question is "did they know" where the money was coming from? CJ's case is different. He falsified a board minute purporting to authorise a criminal offence. His neck is well and truly on the block - and as for it not being an ex-gratia, why don't you ask him what he told the taxman? The reality for the others is that Downs & Co's insurers will pay and the regulated accountants will be struck off when regulatory complaints are filed.

The other points,at the time was even DN stated there was value in Bums,in
fact he told me Universal had made a tentative offer.KPMG said ythere was value in BUMS,whether they saw that as a chance to help screw us all for more money I dont know.

Much has been said about CJ,and I dont know the truth,yet why hasnt so much been said about Darose,who I heard had been paid a large sum before whatever
happened with CJ.(Of coure "heard"doesnt mean it is true).

Some have had a go at Dekate.I paid for the first 3,000 fund letters to go out
as I believed what they said,as much as Dekate would have done.I had no facts
but believed the very fact that DN & KPMG had stated there was value in Bums,
and I saw no reason why we couldnt get at AA on fraud-whether that would have
been 30Million I dont know,but as I believe Media-Key was our true ruination
how much value would you put on that.

I have lost my 300,000 and any pittance of a return is somewhat meaningless
but I do hope whoever this Erin is,is genuine,and gets the bastards that
are driving my Two Bentleys.

In fact any money I am supposed to get back,I would gladly put into any
"get even"fund

It is about time the Downes of this world et al get their JUSt punishment,if
they are Guilty.
