I have a few thousand of these shares, but frankly have written them off.
What intrigues me is the talk of legal action. Looking at the past published financial information and with knowledge of the ensuing losses it would appear that if the company was to enter an insolvency proceeding there is not a very good chance of there being a return to shareholders. If the action was against the directors for breach of fiduciary duty even if it were successful they are not likely to have much money to distribute amongst the holders of 1.1billion shares, even if they are very rich.
Whilst I wish you every luck with your endeavours, I would counsel you to think what the end game is. Continued arguing over what will become a corpse causes everyone involved considerable grief, and additional expense. To coin a phrase, throwing good money after bad.
