Gentlemen don't kid yourselves about legal action. As I said some time ago fraud cases are notoriously difficult to prove, heard in the high court, there is no legal aid and the costs are upwards of £250,000. Legal action will be required to force individuals to disclose confidential information and only then when everything is assessed will be it become apparent if it is worth the risk of taking the case to the high court to recoup losses.
PS. Negligence, incompetence, poor investments, poor management and sheer stupidity is not FRAUD.
