I hold 350000 shares and obviously would rather see Just relisted but, I think the legal aspect should be addressed as soon as possible.I would gladly contribute to a fund which may forestall a negative outcome or failing that,one which can seek legal redress.
ACELOGIC-can this be organised by a website accepting credit card donations?

IMs behaviour would suggest the die is cast.Even now after the GOS actions we do not know the Just position as regards rights.This apparently applies even to the investor who may save the company.

If we end up bolting the stable door whilst the horse is swimming in the Carribean it wont have been for lack of warnings.

Millions of pounds of shareholders money has been spent, procuring the rights to,developing and marketing, a product to the stage of BUMS-the stage which all in this industry must aspire to but few attain.To then say it cannot be taken further is beyond belief.

We can leave aside the matter of this situation arising in the first instance because of a VOLUNTARY change of accountancy pracitces.
