about capital losses........mh said we wont be able to claim till think is struck off in 12 mnths....but to prove hes still king wastrel hes forgotten about the mega claims hes gonna pursue against bd & gc et al with all the money hes gonna raise on wastrels ltd assets.....any claim would take 2 or 3 yrs so the tax man still wouldnt let us claim losses till theyre sorted......so is mh is as stupid as he makes out?....or arent there gonna be any claims?......both imho cos hes lying & a fool
