1/ u said u were given the "job" BY LAWLEY...so he mustve been at board meetings for 3 mnths & known the full & true score

2/ u wouldnt become a director of think cos u didnt want to be had up for neglect of directors duties or being done for trading whilst insolvent as u say to acelogic......so u didnt know the regs about shadow directors

3/ u sent out a positive letter to the press....ONE day into ur "job"....u mustve known THE FACTS to write it..it mustve been based on what u were told BY LAWLEY

4/ u denied sg's claims that there was a plan hatched by lawley & u, to give indigo/lawley our assets...U SAID IT WAS FOR SHAREHOLDERS TO DECIDE

5/ u tried to do a shady deal behind our backs with "a third party"...we had to get it out of u... eventually....it was none other than INDIGO

6/ u doubled or increased fees to indigo....says sg who's been right so far

7/ u didnt want anyone else on the board to spoil the party....or check income/expenditure....so u called it a rats nest & put people off saying they shouldnt take responsibility for the accounts.....but new directors wouldnt be responsible for any fraud of old directors

8/ u made out u were gonna call an agm....but u couldnt without accounts...& U KNEW u werent having accounts done

9/ u post under nicks like erinbrok to fool us all

10/ u keep saying ur gonna have to liquidate think.....but u knew u couldnt as the liquidators would ask too many question u cant answer....so we get wastrels ltd & promise of an update on wastrels co uk...which doesnt appear

11/ u abuse me, arpy, cj, acelogic & anyone who can see thru u....


so...tell us honestly if u can.....without any bull or abuse.....

a/ what assets did u allegedly sell to wastrels ltd?

b/ did lawley do the deal for the 4 point library or back out?

c/ u now say after being caught out that ur gonna raise legal fees to take legal action against old think directors...to keep the wastrels & a few gullible friends of celtic quiet....BUT HOW CAN U IF AS U SAY THE ASSETS ARE WORTHLESS CR*P???????????
