In the dire situation which MH inherited, until the creditors are paid, shareholders (PARTICULARLY ONES LIKE YOU) are an almost complete irrelevance.
Dealing with you reminds me of Turkeys voting for Christmas. They are asking for a good stuffing - and boy did you get stuffed when you were such a muppet as to buy shares just before suspension. Your money is lost for ever and one day you will see the light.
Seems to me that the only shareholders who might get something back are the "rescue" ones - you didn't even do that and are just one of life's inveterate losers or cannon fodder to the Market Makers so keep up the good work, they need the income from suckers like you.
If you want "prison" then try focusing your attention on the pre-suspension and rescue activities which you profess to know so much about.
