As I said in my previous post, if it's MH who said that SG admitted things - Then I question it. If someone with some credibility said the same thing, then I would believe it. We have to agree to disagree as always ;)
With regards to me studying etc yes you are right. On graduation with a Law degree I walked into a senior management position on a £38k salary (which aint bad for a 21 year old.) I haven't stop studying mate. I'm 27 now and going on to do a Phd in July. Doesn't mean I am not experienced in business as I have been self employed since the age of 22. I teach and train SME's in business techniques and in the next 2 years will be lecturing and continue as a consultant. And this is only a taster of my current achievments as I don't really like to brag ;) - Hence i know what I am talking about when it comes to CCJ's having written many letters to solicitor about such issues.
Regarding CCJ's you have changed your tone so I am happy. Yes you are right they do have to be declared if you know about them. If you don't then it's not a criminal offence if you do not declare them.
