Yes ok, that is true. When I posted the full details of my invoices to the company many months ago it was just the details of the work I have done on the database contract I was given by the company and did not include the ex-gratia payments for work done during the rescue. I thought I made that clear at the time by posting the full database report I sent to the directors and invoices.
As far as I was concerned the ex-gratia payments were a private matter and I did not see the need to include those in my post. I don't think that was unreasonable at the time as nobody else had declared what they received and still has not done so.
I now think it is about time shareholders were shown the full details of all payments. I hope, one day, they will get to see your list. I know there might be legal issues with you posting the list but I am willing to e-mail it to all JAG members if you send it to me. I have no fear of any legal action this might bring in my direction.
