Refunds were paid to shareholders who requested a refund and NOT yet signed a section A/B form which for some reason they had to do some time after subscribing to the share offer. Instead of signing this form they decided to ask for a refund. The refunds were paid only to those who had not signed this form. So your statement about refunds being paid only to those whose paperwork did not match is not correct. At the time nobody apart from the people involved in the company knew that paperwork did not match and proper records were not kept during the share offer.
By the way, I e-mailed the liquidators weeks ago and they did not even acknowledge my e-mail.

The invoice and payment details I posted many months ago were for creating the database. This payment was for my and Steve woods' services to the company. The rescue was finished and the company was in operation. We worked day and night to sort out the database and charged an amount a lot lower than anybody else would have charged. Only me and Steve Wood knows how much effort we put into sorting out that mess and how little we charged for it thinking it was for the good of the company and our investment. The payment amounts and details I posted recently are the ex-gratia payments I received and I had not posted those before.
Statements like this shows just how little you understand what has gone on.
