MH has made the allegations on the Company website months ago and recently gave confirmation that SG had confirmed the allegations were true in front of SG's own solicitor. I don't know what more you want pal.

Ref CCJs.
All I'm clearly saying is they should be properly declared and should be vetted.
If the CCJs were proven to be clearly irrelevant or bogus, then fine - end of.

Ref my business experience.
I worked for over 25 years in the oil business being employed for 15 years by one of the Top 20 corporations in the world. I latterly held a fairly senior management position responsible for certain business activities in several european countries and have been personally responsible for the programme and launch of specific commercial products in those countries with a team working for me.
In many ways I can relate that work experience to the rescue operation of Just Group and the GOS committee work.
I would NEVER, EVER write/sign an important letter to 1,000 people (let alone 50,000) unless I was 100% sure of the facts contained in that communique.

NOW, exactly what's your business/commercial experience. Have you ANY ?
