MH told your mate ATrader on here just a matter of days ago that the wrong doing was admitted to in the presence of SG's solicitor !!! That happened MONTHS ago. Has there been any denial ??

You hit the nail on the head when you said "MH TOLD" - What you do not seem to understand is that not all of us are MH buddies. MH has had far too many inconsistencies and has openly lied. So for this reason why should I believe anything else he says. So it's not as clear as you may think.
Secondly as far as your comments about CCJ's are concerned you reveal your true experience in business. One of my last commercial deals was refinancing equity of £5m+ - The CEO of this SUCCESSFUL operation(a very wealthy man in his own right) had two CCJ's against his name of which he was not aware of. The matter was resolved within 2 weeks with some harsh words.
Another recent case was that of a car mechanic (again a very successful businessman in his own right) wanting to borrow close to £800,000 for a new venture. Again a factual millionaire in his own right (yes you wouldn't think so being a car mechanic eh?) had one CCJ against his name from an electrical store. He was unaware of this and the matter has been resolved.
That should tell you a little about the petty rules on CCJ's.
