My view is that Mitsubishi were (more than) happy with progress on it and that a step change in investor perception is likely on its publication...

All that is needed is a little maths to work out the possible implications...RNs's put the terms of the recent deal with Mitsubishi in the public domain...

Plus of course this is a volatile miner so sharp price moves aren't exactly unusual!
