Ascent Resources gains 40 pct interest in Fiume Arrone permit in Italy

- Ascent Resources PLC has signed an agreement to acquire a 40 pct
participating interest in the Fiume Arrone Exploration Permit in Italy.
Ascent is to pay 50 pct of the cost of the first exploration well and a 1
pct royalty on any hydrocarbons produced.
The other partners with an interest in the permit are Italmin Exploration
and JKX Oil and Gas PLC.
