My only take on the responsibility angle is something I read about the banks being liable for some of J's contracts if they pulled the plug? I didn't understand it and the analogy that comes to mind is credit card providers having responsibility for goods not supplied if the supplier goes bust. I'd really love to hear what you think, know, hope, fear... anything on this. I've put £40k into 200k shares in J very speculatively and now think it's time I got to understand a bit of what I've gone with my poor old instinct on. Another puzzle: i notice more shares were bought than sold today (only less than 1m but still more), yet the closing price was down from 37 to 28p. How come? seems to defy logic but, as I said, i really am ignorant (but not, I hope, stupid!)
