ITV (formerly Granada and Carlton)

I fear the Christmas viewing figures will be extremely poor this year with no programme I can think of to pull in the viewers. I don't think there has ever been a poorer programming schedule all round on terrestrial TV this year so why anyone would expect good numbers is beyond me.

I'm expecting a fall back to around the 100p mark when announced and that's when I'll be in. If it doesn't happen, no problem, there are plenty other better opportunities in the short term.

Other than bid talk I'm not sure what else would encourage holding these shares at all with such a poor yield and low growth possibilities.
