BTW the only interpretation that makes sense re naming of the various features (to me at least) is as follows.
Upper and Lower Leek are the two sand "lobes" described by Gaffney/Cline in the "COMPETENT PERSON’S REPORT" attached to the prospectus PDF above. Upper Leek is West and Lower Leek is East on the above map. BOTH of these features are in the Lower Scapa sand, a "named" geological level with wider extent than just this field.
The Upper Scapa sand which overlies ALL of the above proved wet in an earlier well - and it looks like it was wet again.
The only difficulty with the above is how the Upper Leek "upside" on the map cannot already have been tested by well 12 if indeed it is at a lower depth than Lower Leek (i.e. they drillers of 12 would have had to have drilled through it to get to Lower Leek). I don't think there's anything fishy about this - clearly just a fact or two that I don't have to hand.
