Dear Sir/Madam.
Several weeks ago you made a statement to the London Stock Exchange that you were in takeover talks with an undisclosed company. Since that date you have made no attempt to update the market or private and corporate shareholdres who have an interest in these developments. I know that you cannot release sensitive information to single investors so please would you make some kind of formal update to the LSE. What this contains is entirely upto yourselves but naming interested parties would be a start as would the stage at which any talks are at.
I trust that you will consider the content of this email and consult with your business and investor relations department.
