hey opto and me! I think on recollection the "cog" cost something like £100k - nice work when you can get it eh! I'm currently in Hull and although the city is ok and does have issues (which city does not), it is expanding and there is some real talent. Unfortunaitly the council is not part of the talent - although there are some very frustrated people working for what are essentially twats. The staff are fine the older managers need shooting, working from old management practice, and not performance monitored.
