Although you give the impression that you follow PTI closely, it certainly doesn't appear so from your post 2367 above. In case you aren't aware it may be helpful to you to give the following facts. PTI have continued to follow a strategy of bringing to market niche drugs to fund their R&D on the "wonder drug" you refer to. The BSE test is one of these niche drugs and I doubt that PTI management are too exited about it given that they have only a small income from the sales (after Abbot and Enfer). Obviously this income would be welcome but lets not get overly exited about it. I've found that PTI do keep their promises on delivery (e.g. their rattlesnake antivenom) albeit not always as early as we would like.
You refer to the "wonder drug" as if it is some currently unknown dream. In fact it is well known among serious PTI holders that the wonder drug is their angiotensin treatment for high blood pressure. If this one eventually comes off then all holders will be very happy indeed. That's my main motivator but if it doesn't come off the company will still survive on their ever growing list of niche drugs. I don't know what price you paid but I am currently satisfied at growth to date.
Rayrac, I recall several years ago (on ESI) that you said you weren't interested in PTI's angiotensin as it wouldn't be possible to know how it would affect each individual. It appears you changed your mind. I think you made the right choice!
