Is This the time to Buy

New to GWP, and therefore would be grateful for advice on the 2 seemingly contradictory pieces on the company in last week's Shares magazine (18-24 Dec edition). The first article in their review of 2003 tips on p. 17 is at best neutral, whereas the second on p. 54 is more upbeat, albeit that it is quoting tip from EVBG.

The truth is probably on the interpretation you attach to the views of the authors, but what is the general sentiment over their chances of gaining approval to launch Sativex early in 2004 and their prospects thereafter?
