I have been dealing through TD waterhose for the last few months
and found that from time to time they tend to ripped me off in a daylight .
The example of TD Waterhosue scam practice
include both dealing on "market" and "limit" orders.
for example,
I put a sell as a "market order" at 10 p
I could see my deal going through on an independent trade feed at 10 p
yet, TDW insists that they dealt on another price, lets say 9p.
Impotantly, I could not see any trades gone through at the price they tell me.
When I asked for a prove, such as the trade code, etc they refuse to provide any evidence.
2) In other situations, I dealt on "a limit" order.
for example, the price was quoted as 18-19 p,
i put a buy with a limit at 20p, just in case, as the stock was moving fast.
Again, I saw my trade going at 19p , yet TDW came back to me saying that they dealt at 20p. Again, I could not see any trades going trough at that price.
I feel that TDWaterhouse violates their duty to the customers
by this sort of scam dealing practice.
I wonder whether onyone else had similar problems with them
and what did you do. Thanks
