CT... stock at 0.5p to raise 1.3MM is unrealistic.
To raise this money the company needs to issue something in the region of 300 Million new shares. This in itself will depress the price.
What price would you pay in a placing of that many shares?
Based on todays news & activity I think you would be pushed to get more than 0.2p - which incidentally means that there have to be about 600 Million new shares issued.
That is the killer with this situation - someone has to buy the stock and to do that they are interested only in the post money value.
