as long as you are prepared to trust in the goodwill of Sibley & Booth then it is all just tickety boo.
But, if I was in their shoes, I would see that the best way to realise a return on my investment and the years I put into the original WTV was not through the eventual hoped for increase in the share price - but simply through the excersise of the loan note on whatever terms I saw fit.
So, if you believe in charity - buy the shares and hope for the best.
If you don't, and you hold, you are shagged.
