I've been looking for more info all week on this one watching the bugger rise, I can only guess that they have high expectations for the new data centre in Antigua ;
IQ-Ludorum announced its intention to build and expand the focus of its business
earlier this year by developing a leading position in the secure payment
processing segment of the online gaming business - a natural addition to the
Company's existing online gaming software business. To achieve this, IQ-Ludorum
formed an agreement with SymCapital, a banking software and technology company
in November 2005, to license its payment processing software. IQ-Ludorum intends
to use the software to build a state-of-the-art payments system for the rapidly
growing on-line gaming industry.
These funds will be added to the funds already raised and partly allocated to
building the Company's new data centre in Antigua, which is being constructed to
handle the anticipated volume of payment processing transactions to be generated
by the addition of the SymCapital payment solution to the Company's products.
Phase One of the centre is expected to be completed in March 2006. The new funds
will also be used for potential value enhancing acquisitions.
