IQ-Ludorum is pleased to announce that dealings commenced in the Ordinary Shares of the Company this morning.

The Company has raised £13 million following the Placing and Offer for Subscription of 17,333,333 ordinary shares at 75 pence each.

In addition, Selling Shareholders have also raised £2 million following the Placing of 2,666,666 ordinary shares at 75 pence each.
