IOV - A NEW START FOR THE PHOENIX

I believe Alpharen can no longer deemed to be core and must be a disposal candidate.If so IOV have a ready made purchaser in its JV development partner Ineos.

Undoubtedly Adept rights for US and Japan will be licensed shortly and the market should be excited if they land a major Pharma as licensee.
As I have stated previously Baxter would be my first choice due to their leading position in hospital supplies and the fact that they are the manufacturer of the active ingredient for Adept and have huge capacity worldwide to manufacture sterile solutions thus ensuring rapid product roll out and consequent royalty income.

If Baxter take Adept on they will then be the licensee of three of IOV's products - surely they must then consider purchasing either those products or the company rather than continue to pay large royalties.
