Yuka - either you believe in fundamentals or TA - you cannot have both, particularly in the same post. :-)

But just to please:

According to the charts isys can go up to 38p.
From a fundamentals viewpoint morgan stanley still believe in 32p.

Take your pick!

I personally believe we will see mid 30's this side of summer.

I can believe in TA and fundamentals. Ever heard of different time frames and trading styles? I trade short-term based on TA but invest longer term based on fundamentals. In any case my question on the fundamental justification for 30p-40p was addressed at the people here who do seem to invest or trade on fundamentals.

You say Invensys "can" go to 38p based on technicals. Mmmm. Can perhaps but is this the most likely scenario? Well 38p or 40p was the last high so this is major resistance (just as 10p is major support). However, the downtrend has yet to be reversed so technicals do not lead you to 38p. Many hurdles to get over before we get there.

As to the fundamentals and Morgan Stanley at 32p. Well very convenient that you like the analyst who has a 32p target but moan about the ones that have a 15p or 20p target, especially as you have not seen the actual reports of any of them to my knowledge. However, my question to you and others is to answer the question yourself - why is 30p or 40p justified based on fundamentals? Correct me if I am wrong but it seems that you do not have the answer (other than blind faith in Morgan Stanley perhaps). I hope you are right but hope is not a good basis for investment.
