I'd love to see the real detail that the networks get on sales, assuming that they're collecting and analysing it. We've done a lot of toys for Christmas and they've literally gone from record day yesterday to virtually nothing today. Understandable really, as the kids are not going to understand a late present, whereas as you're seeing if there's some bargains around, there might be an increasing number of pre-new-year-sales bargain hunters around.
I'm quite curious as to whether the information is being given in any way to the merchants - have you ever had any, other than what you get for yourself ?
Would like to think that AF have used the information they've had from the travel sector well in setting up Henoo etc.
