IFL shares are not listed in aus$ as they are solely quoted on the London AIM market.
Obviously a very strong rand to the us$ would not help as mining costs are in SA rand but ferrochrome prices are in us$. Ferrochrome prices are currently strong and have been as high as us83c/lb. this last quarter. Some currency fluctuation is inevitable but hopefully any strenthening of the rand will be compensated by a high ferrochrome price mainly due to the very strong demand from Chinese steel producers.
my forecast eps of 22p was a conversion from us43c. per share
ps. There is far less risk here than ENK. This is a mine already 90% built and ahead of schedule, with guaranteed offtake agreements and going to produce some of the cheapest ferrochrome in the world.
