topvest, it will depend on the volume of the contract and whether they're involved through one of the OEM partners (Verisign, RSA, Athena, Thales, Gemalto etc.) or if they have a direct involvement with more work e.g. adapting MyID to work with existing databases and systems.
With a large order from an OEM (e.g. the 500k gemalto order) I'd guess near £2 whereas for the recent NATO summit I'd say nearer £20 per card. I'd estimate H1 revenues of 1.2mm involved issuance of around 330,000 cards in which case the average would be around £3.50.
