IndigoVision - troll-free thread

Hi,
Crystball - it's good to see people crunching their own numbers both here & at Motley Fool. My figures looked insane when I first published them, but others seem to now also be grasping the huge impact of operational gearing when you combine rapid % sales growth with high gross margins & largely fixed overheads.
It all hinges on sales growth momentum continuing of course.
I've no idea why Oliver Vellacott splashed out £290k more recently on 100k shares at 290p. In the past he's simply stated that the Directors believe in the business succeeding, hence the Directors wanting to buy shares themselves. This is a huge buy signal, I'm amazed the share price has not motored ahead again on the most recent Director buying, since it represents a quantum leap in price paid by them. So things are obviously going VERY well, not just well !
You said ...
"In your discussions with Indigo Vision a while ago, before the latest 100000 CEO top up, you hinted that there was could be something 'big' happening soon."
I think we've got our wires crossed somewhere. The only thing I'm aware of, is that OV said that their video compression was taking a big leap forward in early 2006. But he also said that video quality is now less of a selling point, and that analytics are the key area they are focusing on to drive sales.
Regards, Paul.
