Hi,
Simon, to answer your queries on cash ...
The company have said in the past that breakeven turnover is around £7m p.a.
Given that sales are running 100% ahead of last year & management also stated in the final results that they are confident for 2005/6 as a whole, and that turnover last year was £3.6m, then it looks pretty obvious to me that they will have already reached breakeven or a small profit.
This is confirmed in the final results where they stated that cash balances had actually INCREASED since the year-end.
The fact that management spent over £300k on shares this week, tells me that we're more likely to get a surprise on the upside on our current expectations !!
Let's get OV's purchase of shares into perspective. He paid £290k for 100,000 shares. The highest paid Director (presumably OV ?) got a salary of £110k in 2004, say £70k take-home.
So he's just spent 4-years take home salary buying IND shares with his own money. If that doesn't give you confidence, I don't know what will !!!
This is seriously Bullish stuff.
Regards, Paul.
