I was at the AGM and the Chairman indicated that they might decide to raise some money to speed growth if required but no immediate need. CEO got a bit nervous that Chairman was giving out price sensitive info. Chairman brushed his concerns aside indicated that he preferred being honest with shareholders.
Personally, now that they are trading profitably, I'm sure they will not need to raise funds except for a takeover for some reason (and given that their kit is the best what could they buy???).
