This is still at the exploration stage so don't count all your chickens just yet. It would be a huge piece of luck if all the projects that EWR/EYE and INDY are involved with got to the commercialisation stage. I will be happy if one of them pays off.
EYE probably gives access to the widest portfolio in its stable of companies as there are also stakes in COIL, GGG and ACC. However, the price has run up a lot more than INDY's recently so maybe INDY is looking better value on a comparative basis. However, I haven't compared them quantitatively.
