OK - Cheers Matt - the convertable loan and property sale and leaseback has eradicated 85% of the debt from September. Certainly a lot more interesting with much lower gearing.
This is an interesting business. I had some involvement about 5 years ago with a German company called Community Media, who had pioneered a platform to deliver either pre-formatted or customised instore music videos with advertising, via satellite or broadband, to retail and leisure sectors under the e-max label. In fact Footlocker was their initial trial user in the UK.
They were a bit ahead of their time but Imagesound could be in the right place at the right time to successfully exploit this application.
