IDN - 2006 - Ever increasing profits

this is the link to fsb's telecom and internet services. no mention of idn but then i assume that fsb telecom and fsb internet services become idn products that are offered to fsb customers. does anybody know whether or not idn take on fsb's existing telecom and internet customers?? or is the fsb deal just an agreement to market idn services to fsb members; this could be a major difference!
