i don't think the fsb agreement will amount to too much. in principle, it's just an agreement that fsb will advise it's members to use idn for telecom services. as an fsb member, i've heard nothing from the fsb/ idn to promote the services of idn. typically about every other month i recieve a marketing flyer from hmsc (another fsb related company with a similar agreement as idn) promoting their health services; i've never taken them up on the service as i have bupa membership. the fsb/ idn agreement will be nothing more. most small businesses are too busy to be bothered to transfer their services from one company to another
to put it into perspective how many of you (idn shareholders) bothered to transfer your telephone services to idn??; i've had my bt line (with bt) for donkeys years, i moved from o2 to vodafone a couple of years ago and i've held my broadband connection with zen for a couple of years. and we have a vested interest in the company!
none of this is meant to put a downer on the new year! happy new year!!
