The responsibility for the e-commerce side is split between a number of people as follows:
1. Buying - myself (clearly supported by a team)
2. Marketing - Nic Costa (co-founder of IBG and creative director), myself and a multi-tasking team (as in each of them work in a number of different areas)
3. Operations - Rick (board member, operations director) – Rick is now based near worthing, near the new warehouse
4. Finance - Pierre (our FD) supported by myself
5. Keeping it all live - Dan (our technical director)
6. Design & development - Same technical & design team as AF
