From your comments it would suggest GH has a clear disadvantage.
The vehicle he has chosen for what he wants to do is the wrong one.
Dare I say his plan may have an inherent flaw.

The other point I would like raise is whether other simmilar vehicles are having success or not in the present market place.

One has to ponder why somebody of his experiance and calibre should find it so difficult to action a plan presumably he prepared (hope he did) prior to him putting his money (big money) into this venture.

Was it a huge miscalculation?
