afternoon guys,

trust you all had a good xmas,

WF >> agree with you on Bramble,

i've been shouted down on so many occasions when i've hyped up Bramble,

i do believe he could be one of the best centre backs in the country.

we know his distribution is excellent, his ability to score from set plays and his outstanding ability to tackle,

but the one thing that we all talk about is his "odd moments", the ones that usualy lead to a conceded goal,

i've said tounge in cheak that he may suffer from Petit Mal,

well it may not be so tounge in cheak now.

they say 1 in 3 people suffer from a mild form of epilepsy, (day dream),

bet he's one of them,

treat it and you've got a world class defender,

i hope he doesn't leave St James Pk.

strangley on the One Cell issue, when he played for Walker Central, he was a central midfield player and a very good one at that,

when he came to the toon, they put him up front,

sadly i'm better up front than One Cell.

Butt's been outstanding of late, i'd give him the captain's arm band.

as for bringing anyone in, during January, i'd leave it until the end of the season,

the team seem to be playing for each other now and on paper, yes paper, we do have a very very good squad,

it's down to GR to get them fit and to gel them altogether.

if we do need to cover the strikers with Rossi going back to ManU, i'd go for Hasslebaink on loan until the end of the season,

but i just hope for all our sakes he doesn't go for Crouch.
