exactly what i've been saying on this board for ages........

anyway, one other thought

house price information is generally 6 months out of date, so by the time house price decreases are stated in the papers, it will be 6 months old, do your research???

also, the retail shops are under pressure and more brownfield land will be available

if i wanted to invest in uk property, it would be far cheaper commercial properties........

property bulls keep dreaming and as u keep saying to the bears, it still has'nt happened

don't worry, it'll happen and u won't be able to liquidate quick enough

i am convinced after the peak, we will see property price deflation for a long sustained period, as Japan etc due to my previous comments made in my earlier posts
