Board Changes

Kelvin Mackenzie, Chairman of Highbury House Communications, announced today
that he is resigning from the company with immediate effect.

Mr Mackenzie who joined the Company three months ago said: "I gave it my best
shot but was defeated by a mountain of debt which had been accumulated over the
past three years".
