Highbury - Game for growth

I seem to recall with Scipher (no longer with us) it was said to be either 70% or 75%, but I might be getting mixed up with something else. How much control does this man have on the company anyway? Isnt it 51% to have full control of the comapny, and 70/90% to take full ownership? Im not sure what level of influence he has with a 20% share, doesnt it depend on the % holdings of the the other board members? I assume he is 'just' another member of the board with voting rights on matters regarding the running of the company. If Frey has left because of KM then maybe thats more of a personal thing between them?
