I bought several jars of Star Anise, one of the ingredients of Tamiflu, from Tesco's the other day. It is a natural internal antiseptic and when infused in boiling water then drunk, may help against the worst of ordinary flu. (Aniseed balls and Pernod might have the same effect!!)I'd get a few face masks in too - if it's good enough for shrek in his job, it's good enough for me. A sneeze travels more than 30 feet.
