No superior knowledge of English/ Thai phonetic conventions - I'm sure you are right.
Thanks for your hard number acquisition undertaking.
Is buying distributors a credible strategy? "THIS IS WHAT THES GUYS DO. THEY ROLL UP CASH GENERATIVE DISTRIBUTORS IN ORDER TO FUND THE HIGH TECH MEDICAL DEVICES THEY BRING TO THE MARKET..."
What cash generation was going on at Aplha Asia prior to purchase?
What is Alpha Asia- what other products does it distribute?
What is the benefit of bringing Alpha/ Mr Kennedy on board?
What has HCEG bought with shareholders' money?
REGISTRATION - IT IS FAR EASIER TO GET PRODUCTS REGISTERED IN A COUNTRY WHERE YOU HAVE A PRESCENCE - ESPECIALLY NEW TECHNOLOGIES SUCH AS EBIOX.
I get the logic of this but surely a European certificate is a winning pitch? Moreover I don't see the impoverished Thai marketplace as the future of Ebiox's success- more the threat of avian flu spreading from Thailand to the rest of the world. + MRSA etc in the West
My point is that if you announce unconditional multi-million £ sales to a major region of the world and then months later buy the 'no registered sales/ no company existant record apparently' distributor, without realistic justification of acquisition, or Ebiox agency sales achievement one might be suspicious.
To pay £200K to take on a salaried marketing person and thereby lose a quoted £million sales pipeline with no info is not a good position.
Feb 2007 is a long sweat if the interim doesn't materially stack up.
