I accept that the exhibition blurb was sufficient but it would also have been good enough for most European domestic cleaning products. Maybe HCEG Asia is now on the corporate website- where was Alpha's web site prior to the Ebiox reseller agreement and eventual HCEG purchase?
'T43 asks, how actual sales have progressed since the announcement of HCEG's closer involvement with ATA and Malaysian distributor Link Portfolio.'..Can Intek tell us how actual sales have progressed?
'Taking control of ATA and Link Portfolio brings them "in house" ... they now operate on the same basis as HCEG's Tokyo office, who they will work closely with.'..Is this normal strategy for decontamination product manufacturers/ healthcare enterprise groups...to majority own their world-wide distributors?
I know the company is acquisitive but I thought so in the field of innovative, small, undercapitalised health sector related manufacturers on the basis of global fulfillment capabilities. If the strategy now includes ownership of distribution channels please can we see that as a confirmed startegic objective.
My worry is that if you buy your distributor with no sales reporting to date, what non-performance might you be hiding?
And if you are buying to hide then you probably have major problems.
...(and the low purchase price from memory- c£200K.) With no contractual obligations to deliver against forecasted sales what was/ is the meaning of the deal to investors? Not binding? Meaningless? Anybody know how actual sales have progressed since the announcement?..What do those original announcements mean Intek?
If HCEG is spending it's UKBP200K wisely why is there no record of an Alpha Trading Website that one would assume would exist as a reflection of a functioning company. What other leading edge health related products did/ do Alpha carry? What is the turnover today?
I appreciate the limitations that I face from my being a 'internet based investor' but the simple questions and answers are always comforting.
