Having examined the photograph of the aforementioned parrot, my professional opinion is that it is not dead. Indeed it displays all the signs of being an under cover agent for Al Qaeda.
The parrot has obviously “Bin Restin.”
Indeed it was spotted earlier on the streets of Moss Side, Manchester along with other well know terrorists, Bin Stealin, Bin Sleepin and Bin Drinkin.
Unfortunately, public enemy number one, Bin Workin, was no where to be found in the City or surrounding areas.
