You may have seen this exhibition entry already. If not, at least from my point of view it is recent evidence of something happening with HCEG in Asia. Note though that no website is shown:
Does the blurb adequately/ accurately pitch the selling points of Ebiox?
I was worried about the validity of the original Asian Ebiox sales announcement and have latterly wondered about the benefit of the HCEG purchase of their agency in Asia...(and the low purchase price from memory- c£200K.) With no contractual obligations to deliver against forecasted sales what was/ is the meaning of the deal to investors? Not binding? Meaningless? Anybody know how actual sales have progressed since the announcement?
Distributors/ agents are normally de facto and advantageous local routes to market. They are a resource and if they individually a poor performing resource why contract with them in the first place?.. and then why buy them, with the stated objective of "securing more control"? HCEG are a foreign manufacturer of an apparently leading edge pharma product and not an acquisitive global agency for pharma products?? Why buy?
There are many professional and established medical distributors in this region?
Robin Kennedy was/ is the md. of this company as I learnt from previous announcement postings on this site. Surely he should be working on a web site that says 'under construction' at least.
