think ftse could be going to 6600 imo, so could easily see hbos at 1200. jan is another strong month for the blue chips so would remain long until at least the end of jan.

can see a possible small retrace in house prices but a 'crash' is not going to happen imo. i think a influx of lower priced 'newbuilds' (affordable housing)will quosh the thurst for the first time buyers out there. FTB's seem a lot happier to buy one bedroom flats rather than 2 bed terraces as they did 5 years ago. so.....

I think we will see a 5% rise in house prices in 2007.
